Makeovers!

Meet my friend Liz! We've been friends for a long time. Needless to say when the time came for her to get hitched, she called on me for her wedding hair and makeup! YAY! There is nothing more that I love about my job then doing updo's and makeup for weddings! This was her trial run for hair AND makeup!

Before we began her makeup, we used Mary kay's Ultimate Miracle Set, because like I mentioned before, great makeup starts with healthy skin! Like my friend Brooke always say's, you can't paint a Mona Lisa on a tree bark!

For her foundation I used Mary Kay's Mineral Powder. It has amazing coverage and still feels light and clean on your skin! Mary Kay's foundations are all Non-comedogenic, which is a fancy way of saying it's not going to clog your pores! You can't find that in a drug store! It acts as a layer of protection for your skin, protection from the environment, all that dust, dirt, tar, and other peoples dead skin! Yes, about 86% of whats in the air around us is other peoples dead skin! So make sure you wash your face morning and night! ANYWAYS, back to the makeup...Before we use the mineral powder, we want to use Mary Kay's Foundation Primer. This is what helps her face stay on through all of the pictures, dances, sweating, crying, & cake eating! As well as foundation primer you need the Eye Primer. Honestly nothing works better to keep your eye shadow on then that stuff, it will last all day without creasing and it brings out the pigment of the eye color so much better! One tube will last you a year or more!

Cheek color: Citrus Bloom
Eye Colors: Spun SilkSienna, & Truffle
Lip Gloss: Fancy Nancy
Eye Liner: Mary Kay Black Eyeliner
Mascara: Ultimate Mascara in Black
Under Eye Highlighter: Facial Highlighting Pen

And after all that for the ultimate all day hold, spritz a little of Mary Kay's Finishing Spray all over your face to help set your makeup!

And here she is on her big day! So pretty!!
